Mediation is made easier when you can be guided through it – it helps to focus on healing generating thoughts. There are many wonderful Cd’s that are available for you – or – you can make your own sound track.
Print this page out and add some of your own scripts (or mantras). Find a quiet and relaxed moment and in a slow and gentle voice, record your own guided meditation. As you speak the words, space them out because hurrying your meditation is not what you want to do. You do not need to speak all the phrases and feel free to add new ones that are important to you.

Your personal guided meditation
I am one with all that is around me
I am guided at this very moment
I find myself to be more grounded with each breath that I take
I am connected with the gentle vibrations of the earth
My breathe is like the ebb and flow of the ocean in and out, in and out
I am connected with everything around me and find peace
Each sound and each thought deepen my meditation
My thoughts flow naturally in and out of my mind as I deepen my meditation
My thoughts are just gentle reminders from my unconscious mind. I can ignore them
As I breathe I let go of any judgment of myself and others
I find gratitude this very moment for all that has ever happened to me
I am grateful for all parts of me and parts that are not of me
I am worthy for all that I am and all that I am not
I am guided and I am enlightened in this moment
The grace of my mind connects with the grace of my body, this is balance
All that I need is within me now and always will be
I am love, I am peace, I am gratitude
My body can relax right now and it will benefit from relaxing now
With each breath I am more relaxed and my healing continues
My decisions for my well being can come easily and all the time when I allow it
